BookNox is a full booking platform we designed and built end to end. The problem it solves: service vendors lose hours to back-and-forth, quoting, chasing contracts, collecting deposits, juggling the calendar. Our approach was to build one flow that handles all of it.
What we built: a live instant-quote configurator, embedded Stripe Connect payments that land in the vendor’s own bank, ESIGN/UETA-compliant e-signature contracts, and Google Calendar automation. The outcome: an inquiry becomes a signed, paid, booked job on its own, quote to contract to payment to calendar, automatically. It runs in production today, a real product, not a demo, with a 0% per-booking platform fee.
