Local Browser Storage
When you use our intake form at /get-started, your in-progress answers are temporarily saved in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days so you can resume if you're interrupted. This data stays on your device — it is not transmitted to our servers until you submit the form. You can clear this data anytime using your browser's site data controls, the “Start over” button on the form, or by completing and submitting the form (which clears it automatically).
Data Processors
NetNest Design LLC uses the following third-party service providers in operating netnestdesign.com and providing services to clients (collectively, “Data Processors”):
- Vercel (Vercel Inc.) — website hosting and content delivery
- Resend (Resend Inc.) — transactional email delivery
- SignalWire (SignalWire, Inc.) — SMS delivery for contract access codes
- Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC) — payment processing and merchant of record for service fees
- Mercury (Mercury Technologies, Inc.) — business banking
- Vercel Blob (Vercel Inc.) — secure storage for client records and signed contracts
Each Data Processor processes data only as necessary to provide their respective services and operates under their own privacy policies. NetNest Design LLC selects Data Processors that maintain industry-standard security practices.
Data Retention
- Visitor logs: automatically deleted after 90 days
- Contact form submissions and newsletter email addresses: stored until you request deletion
- Client project data: retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 3 years
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
NetNest Design LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing networks. This applies under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and every other US state privacy law.
Your Rights (All US States)
